Should i just see a psychiatrist?
Okay, I'm afraid of: Spiders, roaches, conflict, and people (More specifically, I'm antisocial, and I have a fear of groups of more than three). Is this normal? And how could I get over my fears?

My garden is just about the only place I'll tolerate being so near spiders without the urge to kill them. Cockroaches are disgusting so if you scream when you see one don't worry, I do, too.
I went to a psychiatrist years ago thinking I must have Anthropophobia, Sociophobia or Agoraphobia when around more than one or two people at a time or something because people & social situations scared the living fuck out of me.
I didn't have any of these things.
What the psychiatrist put in my file & on the slip of paper he handed to me was a diagnosis for Social Anxiety Disorder.
Nothing pills &/or therapy can't help.
I don't know about you, but I had people over the years tell me to just get over & just get out more & just brush up on your social skills & darling... it's all useless bullshit coming from the mouths of those who don't know what it's like.
A psychiatrist isn't a bad idea but it may not be necessary. Try looking around you (or on the internet, even) for people who feel or have felt the way you do & exercise a little inexpensive group therapy. It's surprising how much you open up to people who are afraid of the same things you're afraid of.
Pills can help but they also are not necessary. You would need to visit a psychiatrist who sees fit to diagnose you with whatever & feels medication is the right way to go about treating your diagnosis & they would then (if you also feel that medication might help) write up a prescription for something to treat you.
That's all well & good but be careful. The problem with medication for these sort of things is it's easy to become dependant, it's common to have to take them for the rest of your life & increased dosage over time & switching medications off & on is a regular occurance for most people. I took prescribed antidrepressant & antianxiety medication for a time & I eventually decided that I'd much rather go the harder -but safer & more reliable- route of therapy.
Many people only have 1 or 2 best (or only) friends.
Fear of creepy-crawlies are very common.
Fear of conflict really means you prefer not to get into any debates with others. Could be a lack of confidence, probably should work on that, since a parent (you likely one day) deals with conflict most days!
All normal.
I hate People full stop , never go out anymore I buy all my shopping online I don't even go to supermarket order online & have it delivered.
Yeah, that is quite normal. But there is nothing to fear, but fear itself. Fear is all in the mind.
First of all, you're very "normal" for having these fears. A lot of people have them.
As for seeing a psychiatrist? I don't think you need to be medicated. I would suggest a therapist. (You could also seek a counselor or a psychologist before you go to a psychiatrist, ideally. Medication is very difficult to deal with and shouldn't be taken lightly).
A good therapist will talk with you about these fears and try to help you identify where they come from. They will try to help you discover ways to overcome / handle them as well.
You also do not "need" to see anyone. Through introspection, talking with trusted friends, and simply growing older people can often discover important things about their fears on their own. (We're pretty smart, us humans!) If things get very bad with the fears, or they start impeding your daily life, consider therapy first and medication last! :)
