Should i shave my hair to get rid of my staticy hair

This may sound really weird and horrible but I need your help. My have is really bad static electricity in my hair meaning it makes my scalp really ichy and the people around me can even notice and bothers them too as it’s says about me all the time!
I’m getting sick of people slagging me and having a horrible itchy head all the time! People complain it effects them too. It’s a pain it effects my everyday life as it hurts my eyes and makes me really sleepy.
It is hard to explain but I’m thinking of shaving my head and wearing wigs from now on. I won’t be able to go away as it effects other people too and makes everywhere full of static.
I’ve tried everything getting extensions to getting my hair treated in the hair dressers. Nothing has worked permanently.
Will shaving it get rid of it?
And will it make my hair grow back fresh healthy curls with no static electricity?!
As it’s having an effect on everything and everywhere I go.
I can’t wear headphones or be around anything that’s electrical including transport. Without everyone getting annoyed.
Also no one wants to be around me anymore and it’s the one thing in my life that’s a big struggle. 😔
