Only men over 30 should be allowed to vote. I dont think you should be allowed to vote if you werent born in the country either. Your kids can vote if they're born there.

Yes Wyomings 300k people get more person to legislation/electoral value, than california. But Wyoming has just as much say in its material resources than California has about theirs.
Plus wyoming has only 3 electoral votes.
