Should you not go to school since you are too stupid anyways?

I really did not go to the greatest HS. A lot of the times the teachers were abusive, did not supervise us or else demeaned and humiliated us for asking questions. I was told college is better and its not as difficult when you get to college since the teachers dont do this stuff. I was told I should never ever go to Hs since I got bad marks but I had some very awful teachers. Would college be a waste of time too?

    It really depends on what you want to do with a college education, these days. It makes absolutely no sense to graduate with a worthless degree like art, if you have a 6 figure debt when you do.
    Even many of the traditional areas of study will not lead to a career that can repay that sort of massive debt.
    I think anyone considering going to college these days has to balance the benefits against this massive debt.
    It's just no longer worth the cost, for 4 years of partying, sex, binge drinking and the occasional day in a classroom.

      Mechanics or general science. Since I wanted to be a Cop car mechanic and later work in the police field.

          Apparently it requires so many units of school even though the subject isnt specific. So you can have anything.

    I've been through college now. What I've learned:
    SUCCESS…Despite what most people would say, you don’t have to be smart or intelligent to achieve success because even an idiot can be successful. If you called me an idiot I wouldn't disagree with you, but the truth is you can’t define who is smart or who is an idiot because everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. You just have to find what works for you, be willing to work at it, and have the will to get it right. If you go for something you enjoy, and you're motivated it's worth it.
