Is it normal that when I'm in the shower I change the water temperature? I like the feeling when you make the water hot, then when you make it cool again it's refreshing. I don't stand there and turn the knob back and forth but I think it feels good.

I am so sick to death of people using that term like it's cool. For those of us who actually have that disorder (and have been diagnoses by a mental health professional) it's not cool and it's not fun. And it sure as shit isn't trendy. People who use that term because it's trendy look foolish. Plain and simple.
Everyone I know does that; you are very, very normal.
BTW: Hippychick is right, grow up and stop using terms for serious mental illnesses as a trendy term to describe normal human idiosyncrasies.
Thank you givemepeace. I lost my cool a bit there because I am so sick of people throwing it around like it's cool to have OCD when some of us actually SUFFER with that disorder.
