Sleep control problem >>>>
my problem is i cant control my sleeping, my body do the opposite of what i want, if its night and i should sleep i cant and i feel a lot of energy but in the morning when i should go to college i feel so sleepy and tired for the whole day, its kinda funny but its my daily struggle, i tried to sleep in a specific time every day but i cant maintain it, sometimes i have to go to college in the morning and in some days i dont, also sometimes i need to stay late in the night to study so i cant maintain it, im really confused and i really want this problem to be solved no matter what. any ideas ?????
