Sleep control problem >>>>

my problem is i cant control my sleeping, my body do the opposite of what i want, if its night and i should sleep i cant and i feel a lot of energy but in the morning when i should go to college i feel so sleepy and tired for the whole day, its kinda funny but its my daily struggle, i tried to sleep in a specific time every day but i cant maintain it, sometimes i have to go to college in the morning and in some days i dont, also sometimes i need to stay late in the night to study so i cant maintain it, im really confused and i really want this problem to be solved no matter what. any ideas ?????

    Melatonin 2mg before bed. Stop jerking around on your phone late at night.

    You might have Narcolepsy, (there are different levels of it), or your Circadian rhythm could be out of wack, there are ways to reset it. I suggest you go to the doctor and tell him your concerns, he may suggest that a sleep study be done on you. Or you could also be depressed/overstressed which will mess with your sleep.

    You may be drinking too much caffeinated drinks
    you know they say it does last 6 hours in our body
    so you wanna sleep at 9:00 p.m. don't drink caffeine
    pass 3:00 p.m. and you may want talk to the doctor
    about giving you something to make you sleep.

    I have the same problem.

    I tired Zzquil for the first time yesterday, It worked. Became tired almost immediately. If you don't have any health problems, I suggest giving it a try. Also, go see a doctor

        Okay. Please don't take it every night. Once I took it at a reasonable time (I had to wake up at 6am, so I took it at 10pm, so I can try to get a full 8 hours), my sleeping pattern was back on track.

        Follow the label, and if you can't get to sleep, don't take anymore and do not increase the dosage, just go see a doctor.

      Hi, Trying to be helpful here... Zquil is very expensive Benadryl in liquid form. You can go to the Dollar General if you live in the US and get 100 Diphenhydramine hcl 25 mg tablets for 4$ which will last you probably 6 times as long for much less. Take 2 for sleep aid. It's also used for allergies. Please note I am not a doctor, I am thrifty and I just read the labels.

        Thank you. I agree that Zzquil is expensive, but sadly, I have trouble swallowing pills and prefer liquids. However, I hope the OP listens to your advice.
