Small, painful bumps on vagina from rough sex?

My boyfriend and I had rough sex a few days ago, and immediately after finishing, I knew it had been a little too rough. The next day, I felt pain walking and peeing, which led for me to discover that I am now red with 3-4 small bumps on the lips (where he d part and enter me), and possibly a small vaginal tear. Part of this also might be because I shaved prior in this area, which might have also caused irritation.
I am terribly uncomfortable. Help?

    Oyster sauce on buttered toast is delicious. Other aussies will like it because it is similar to vegemite on toast. I just had some toast with it and I almost blow a nut... Trick is to treat it like vegemite! its very salty so only use a very small amount like half a teaspoon. Use lots of butter.

        Why would I want to get off it? I like vegemite and roos. You just jealous because we are our own REAL country! All you others are just connected to some other place, that's why donald trump whants to build a wall. You americans remind me off spit roast porn. You guys get it from both ends. You got the mexicans trying to come over but on the other side you have Canada that don't want to let mericans in.

    Have you and number together awhile or no ? Does either one of you cheat ? It sounds like a relative of mine. He cheated and ended up with herpes. White little painfull as hell bumps. You try to pop them and dont. They hurt like a MF'r. Go to the Dr.
