So i have this issue of getting severe acne on my back and buttocks

It doesn't really matter how much I bath it just seems to be the spots I get it the most. I also tried deep skin acne cleaner and that doesn't do anything at all. I had this issue since I was 14 years old. I am now 30 years old and I still not sure how to manage it. I went to a doctor once at age 16 and the medicine didn't do anything. What should I do? It makes a bloody mess. Which I mean that in a literal sense. The sores burst arrangement some times and blood gets everywhere. I wish I could fix this.

    I get it badly on my shoulder blades. Exfoliating the area helps it not get TOO bad. (Looser clothing will as well.)
