So i realized that when i'm sitting on the couch naked...

I tend to shove my thumb down against the head of my penis and into the couch cushion. It's not a sexual thing, because I do it when completely flaccid and not aroused in any way. It seems like a security thing, like it feels good but not sexually. I have bad anxiety and that includes weird nervous habits. Just wondering if anyone else might do that or something similar and may not even realize it? Incidentally if you ever come over you probably don't want to sit on the right side of my living room couch :\
