Socks are basically masturbation condoms to me. They're comfy, and they save me a ton of bother cleaning up.
What I find with tissues is that the semen just seeps through and gets to my hand anyway.
And I keep the sock on my penis (just in my boxers) for a few hours after I do it, because the semen keeps slowly coming out afterwards and I don't wish it to get to my underwear.
I still live with my family, so instead of throwing the socks in the wash after, I stack them up in a drawer because I'd feel guilty if my family went round with my dead sperm cells on their clothes. I don't have limitless socks either, so sometimes I reuse them.

    I never understood jerking off into a sock. It sounds like all that rough fabric meant to absorb moisture and keep your feet it them would scrape the skin right off your dick.
