Some dreams i have seem like they are real?

Hi.

sometimes when I dream, they almost feel so real. like it feels like i'm actually acting out something but then i actually wake up in my bed confused and my bedroom door is locked the entire time. For one example, i had a dream about a woman trying to wake me up with her leaning over me when i was sleeping. As i woke up in the dream i kissed her on the cheek.

Then maybe like an hour later i actually woke up. i am not in a relationship and no one was there but me that night. I've even experienced de ja vu from a dream. i don't know what's going on. It's almost as if I'm being haunted by a poltergiest.
