Still gaining weight even though i stopped drinking soda, iin?

I stopped eating all proccessed foods, no more canned stuff only fresh food like salad pizza hot dogs, carmel apples, fresh baked cookies. I am still gaining weight even though I drasticly changed my diet from all the bad packaged stuff. I am getting sick of the commercials and government, scientists telling me what to eat and then changing there minds.

Okay I'm pretty sure you're a troll, but on the off chance you're serious...if you want to lose weight you need to eat a diet of lean protein and healthy vegetables such as spinach, broccoli and brusselsprouts. Fruit is acceptable in moderation as long as its fresh; the canned stuff has way too much sugar

You forgot the exercise part: even healthy eating won't result in weight loss if the energy going out isn't more than the food going in

Yes, exercising will help alot and I certainly recommend it, but a healthy diet should result in a slow steady loss of weight

True, as long as person isn't eating too much of the healthy diet, especially lots of fruit because it's full of sugar as well as its other healthy ingredients

i am really fucking thin because i play a lot of video games, and i dont like to go downstairs for food.

one of my friends used to be fat but in a few months he lost a lot of weight.

Cutting out soda and processed foods are not the only things you can do. If you're serious about losing weight, then exercise 3-5 days a week(30-60 minutes each session), cut down on the junk food, drink plenty of water, and eat healthier things like vegetables, lean meats, and other lower calorie foods.
