Sting and urge to pee again

Sometimes after I pee I have a burning sensation on the tip of my head and have the urge to pee again. This lasts for around 10 minutes. Very rarely this burning sensation is accompanied with leaking sperm that leaves white spots on the tip of my head. I don't think this is normal but give me your opinions.

    Definitely NOT normal and could well be something serious like an STI: see your doctor urgently and don't have sex with anyone without a condom until you find out what's wrong with you
