Stories in my head iin?

I have been doing this ever since I can remember. I read a lot, and I want to be a writer. I tend to invent complex plotlines and detailed almost-real characters in my head, and I "write" the stories in my head. I basically spend hours and hours alone, thinking about these characters' lives. It's as though I am writing a novel entirely in my mind. While I often end up writing things down, my knowledge of these stories in great detail is freakishly accurate. Is it normal?

    I get like this too but sometimes when I have a good story in my head, I can never seen to write it down on paper. So, the story basically gets trapped in my head:/

    im also like that but my stories are usualy 2 or 3 books long and every one either gets killed kills them selves or is eaten alive by wraits in the night...

    Off topic here: Accurate was the wrong word to use. If you made them up, how could your "knowledge" of them be anything but?

          Not @ the first person your very bad, it's brilliant, I can imagine anything I want, I "talk" to people in my head, got to love this "world" we "live" in, where you're out of it and the greatest people are in my head. I imagine smoking pot, but this is a magical pot, it makes me posh and obsessed with science (physics compadre), I make reality of the physics, and nothing can stop the above thinker, s/he lives in make-believe, wonderful, don't live in reality, let's fake reality, let's make things up.
