Strange dream with my late mother

Last night I had a strange dream in which I was married to mum (who passed away years ago). I was trying to do lots of stuff to make her happy but she just laid in bed depressed.

I woke up terrified coz I'm a woman and never had any sexual thoughts about my mother. I used to love her very much and see her being mistreated by her boyfriends though.
I've been reading Robert Bloch's PSYCHO novels (Norman Bates), perhaps it got in my subconscious...

I wonder if someone can help me with an interpretation.
