Suddenly growing 19 years old?

Okay, so let me start by saying. For 3-4 years already I've been in a range from growing 176cm to 178cm. I was basically stuck on 178cm for about two years. It's hard to explain. But in January I became 19 yrs old. About two months ago I started having pain in feet when I wake up and back pain during the day. Since September I grown taller 2 inches, I'm right now exactly 182.7cm. I'm wondering If I should be concerned? My birth height prediction was 188cm.

    It’s possible for a male to continue to grow until as old as 19-22 years old, and growth can come in spurts. Nothing to be concerned about if you’re still growing. But, don’t fret too much about the birth height prediction - those can be inaccurate.
