My dick is quite thick and big. The first times I'd have sex in my life I'd hurt my partners by not being that careful. I suppose, it has burned into my memory simce these days that much so I dreamt about the following.

I lay down naked on a hospital bed, ready for surgery, and get my penis shortened without anaesthesia.

I'll wake up, panic feeling the pain like it was a real thing but nothing happened.
