Taking a driving test for the third time (third try)
I am not as nervous as the last 2 times but its stressful because I took a loan to pull off getting a license since I need one to be able to get a job. The loan is overdue and I still dont have a license or job so that's great.
Ive had to teach myself mostly since my dad(my instructor) doesnt give a fuck. Last 2 times I overprepared to the point of walking through roads in my city on google maps. I've noticed big improvements in my driving for example I slow down a lot in good time before circulation points and red lights so I dont need to stop and wait and I park straight on the first try, I can back around corners easily and I dont have to look down on the stick shift.
Of course i'll be driving a new car on the test which is a difficulty in its own.
After my second failed test the instructor said I turn the wheel so I end up in the opposite lane a bit when I go around a corner which is dangerous but i've been focusing hard on correcting that.
I feel like if i'm really a good driver now the skill should be in me naturally like it is for mature drivers who have a license so im not thinking about the test much this time im just gonna go ahead and do it. Is that good thinking? I feel like overpreparing made me more nervous the last two times, it worked well with the theory test which I passed on the first try but I think that with the actual driving-bit it has to be in your muscle memory. Is this true or not?
