Talking online scares me

Whenever I get into a conversation with someone online, or I get comments or opinions on anything, I get scared.
People online is one of my fears. I can easily look at comments about things, but I can never bring myself to post a comment of my own. I worry that people might judge me or get mad at me.
It possibly has something to do with an online prank a "friend" played on me when I was younger, but I wanna know if other people feel the same way.

Even comments on is it normal scare me.
