The tattoo was an Art for me, but why some of the company they did not hired any people who does have a tattoo that visible to see, I dont know why hope discrimination for the tattoo will stop.

Depends where the tattoo is. Tbh you can get away with them anywhere apart from on your hands, neck and head. Just wear long sleeve shirts if they're on your lower arms.

Unfortunately. It is stupid because you should have a choice of what's on your body. Having a tattoo doesn't make you any less of a person. We are all going to end up in graves sooner or later so It shouldn't matter
I think tattoos show a sign of impulsivity and immaturity. I didn't always feel that way but I do now. I guess everyone I have known with tats have been really irresponsible. That is probably what your employer is thinking.
