I have servere terrible terrible itching of my gouch. Its red raw,and the more i scratch, the more irritated it becomes. it's so so sore its driving me crazy,it smells so so bad,i nearly throw up. my granma told me to put butter on it,but that seems to be making it much worse.PLEASE HELP.
Wow man, this sounds creepy. Take a picture and give us the link. We can't diagnose you, but at least we can get creeped out.
Use some soap and water. It smells so bad because you have crap all over it. Are you even wiping after you go to the bathroom? It is just a grown up case of diaper rash.
You almost definitely have some kind of infection and it's unlikely to clear up on its own. Go to the clinic as soon as possible, clean yourself gently with water in the meantime (anything else could add to the irritation). Try not to scratch because that will make the pain and itching worse.

Don't listen to your grandma telling you to put butter on your parts. Go to the doctor instead! If you simply must try some home remedies then use some coconut oil with a few drops of tea tree oil after you take a bath.
Seriously, please see a doctor ASAP!
