That i just cant speak up?

I always speak up in school when im with my friends, but when im talking with another person or the teachers I speak really soft and nobody can hear me, i try to speak up, but i always end up speaking too soft, this also happens when a girl asks my name, so yeah... i would really appreciate if you could help me.

    I have a close friend like that, its okay to be more shy and uncomfortable when speaking to a new person. I think hes an awesome person to be around. :)

    I'm sometimes like this. It kind of helps to talk quickly before you can get a chance to be self-conscious. Or just tell yourself "SCREW THIS!" and pretend like you dont care what these people think of you. Its not going to kill you to make a mistake.

    Its not that simple of course but in time it'll get easier, trust me.
