That i sometimes lie for no reason?

Sometimes I lie then when the person bealive I say right away that it was a lie. But I never know the reason why I do this? I mean that was no reason to lie, even though I told the truth afterwards.

I don't really know why, is like I don't need a reason to do it.

    It’s completely normal, I lie all the time to my boyfriend about the tiniest things that I don’t think matter but most likely do in the long run it’s better to just tell the truth even if it is something really small like telling him you are watching Netflix instead of wanting to be on the phone when you’re just gonna go to sleep instead and not call back just petty stuff.
