The empire state building elevator incident....

Going up in the Empire State Building with other people in a tour group, I was right by the button panel. The '69' button was right on top, glaring at me. I did my best Butthead impression, and said "Uh huh huh....sixty-nine....uh huh huh", and people started laughing.

Why did I DO that?? I didn't even know these people. Oh well.

is it normal to blurt out stupid jokes in a crowd of people you don't even know?

PS I also stole a soda from the gift shop that day. Didn't really intend to. Sorry.

I came here with an expectation of a 69er in an elevator, needless to say I am severely dissapointed

Normal. It's the usual case if I am in public with a friend or usually my husband that a stranger will laugh or comment on our dialogue.

When I clicked this, I could have sworn it was a going down the elevator shaft incident.
