The gray is in my dreams.

It feels like there is an extra dimension called the Gray that is pure evil(?) and it can contaminate everything. It is completely repulsive, and makes you want to throw up and kill yourself. I know it isn't real but I dream (nightmares) about it every night. It goes inside me and changes me. is it normal to have a fear like this? There is also a drink that I dream about called Raven Gray and if you drink it it makes you addicted but just as repulsed. :/
