The weak should be attacked to make them stronger. If you don't attack the weak they will die from weakness. If someone is weak they will be rejected in society and maybe kill themselfes from sadness. By attacking the weak you help them to improve their life
What do you mean by weak? Do you mean physically weak or mentally weak? Some people with disabilities cannot change how they are. People who are weak because of laziness simply need to exercise. People who are weak minded can only help themselves and they either will or they wont. You cannot make people change by aggervating them. Also you might make them snap and they will kill you just to show they are not weak.
I have a friend that once said he aggervates people so they will sink or swim, but people will usually sink if you hold them underwater. Work on strengthening yourself and don't be so concerned of other people problems.

No, the weak shouldn't be attacked. They shouldn't be coddled either. The weak will strengthen themselves on their own time with their own faculties, it's the only way. They should be respected just like every other person in the world.

I think a better choice of words for what you my be trying to convey would be to say that the weak can learn and grow from being challenged.
By the way bullies tend to be weak minded. Ironically, I don't care for the term "bully" because I feel it denigrates bulldogs.
I think this is a very naive and childish view.
Training and practice is the only thing that makes you stronger (physically or mentally), not failing against others. You should protect and encourage the weak, not pronouncing their weakness. That doesn't help at all.

Encourage bullying. Abuse women so they'll become fierce. Pick on the shy docile non aggressive ones. Hell, encourage every person to own an Assault rifle so they could toughen up and be prepared. Excellent idea

BTW in life, those who are strong today may eventually become weak. And those who are weak today can also become strong. You can suddenly find that the shoe is on the other foot.
A challenge is one thing, but trauma is another. It is not true that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger--always. It sometimes makes you hostile or insane. If healing still occurs, it is called "recovery" and not "leveling up." However, a lack of empathy affects other people besides just you.

Realistically, negative reinforcement only works in a militaristic system (where you have 100% control over the person that you are reinforcing). Otherwise, you will usually be most influential to others when you lead by example. If you are strong, then help others feel strong, in turn, they will support others to feel strong.
