I have started making an is it normal story like 3 times, only to realise that the title is too long, and I could not rephrase it. this annoys the shit out of me. why do they limit us to that arbitrary number of characters?

    I am a fairly technically minded person, I have written a few websites using php, and the rest, I even scored first place in a state web design competition, so believe me when I say that I just guessed.

    What makes you think it's arbitrary? What would you say if I told you that this is an extremely important non arbitrary number? If that number were to change, the universe might collapse. Or not.
