I am 26 and have never been married. I have had lots of boyfriends but cant see myself marrying anyone I have met. I really want to get married one day I just havent met the right person and now Im getting kind of old. Is this normal at my age?
Most people don't get married before they are 26 anyway, that is perfectly normal. the only thing that is idiotic is you asking this question
Depends what country you're from, and what century you're from.
But in modern-day Western civilisation, it's absolutely ordinary.
Everyone made me feel better about my situation because I was really starting to feel like crap. But your right about what country your from. My family is Greek and I am first generation and my parents keep hastling me saying when are you going to get married and give me a grandbaby? All your brothers and sisters gave me grandbabies. I'll do it when I find somebody that Im in love with but I dont just want to settle on just anyone. I'm just starting to feel like a freak though because my family keeps harassing me about marriage so you guys all made me feel better. I like this site.
Of course it's normal, everybody's different. Most importantly, don't start feeling rushed just because you think you're getting older, you might end up regretting it.
btw, 26 is still fairly young.

So what I'm 28 and not married. I don't even think I'm mature enough to be married.
Uhm, I turn 20 on Thursday and I haven't had a serious bf. Actually my cousin is 28 and recently got a bf for the first time. Many people don't get married or have kids until their 30s. No need to rush into things.
Hold up, I'm 27 and I have never had a husband either, what's wrong with it? You will find someone when you're ready. No need to rush.
