I think phone sex is safe sex both physically and emotionally. I feel that if the person on the other ends objects then it is inappropriate. First of all a one time phonesex cannot be consider as an affair.

It is a real addiction. There is help for it. I would suggest getting some help because it does ruin relationships. The sad thing is it is all too "normal". You need a meaningful relationship more than you will ever need this, and you will be a better person for it. Yes. Ask for help.

Anything that is interfering with normal life and relationships is a serious issue and should be addressed. I would seek counseling.
I would seek help. The idea of phone sex does nothing for me and I think of it as rather perverted. If you need help, there was a special on this on the news and the average phone sex person is rather fat and almost always gross in general.
But as a whole, phone sex just could never turn me on so I never tried it.
Anything you do is bad if it interfers with normal daily functions. We all have different obsessions at times. Phone sex isn't bad occassionally but if you're in another relationship, it's cheating.
