To have imaginary conversations with people who aren't there?

If I'm angry at someone I will talk to myself as if I were talking to them, like cussing them out and yelling at them. I am very quiet and have trouble expressing myself, and I guess I have a lot of anger issues.

Anyway, instead of saying things to their face, I will just say it into thin air when I am alone. Sometimes people have heard me and thought I was psycho lol.

It'd kind of like practicing what you will say when you're in an actual conversation at some point in the future.. that's how I've done it, is that how you do it?

apparantly its kinda healthy in some way or that it is actually sane, i cant remember why though. and i imagine conversations a lot, that different ways it could have gone, usually ending up in shouting a people.

LMFAOOOOOOOOO my mom does this all the time and I love it. I get such a kick out of listening to her from afar. I think it's normal and I think everyone imagines telling people off before they actually do it (IF they ever end up doing it, of course)... reminds me of that scene in Fight Club:

Marla: "I saw you practicing this...
    Narrator: "Practicing what?"
Marla: "Telling me off. Is it going as well as you hoped?"

Keep on doing it, if it helps you vent your frustrations then it's perfectly healthy because you're not hurting anyone ;)

yea normal, I'm like that! but not exactly as you describe yourself.

i just talk to my self sometimes, it helps me know if I'm doing the right thing or not or said the right thing or not.

Lol my mother is like that. When she is angry at me (or anyone) she just cusses etc. even if I'm in some other room. Basically she talks with herself angrily.
