I had walked in my sleep several times when i was 30 and now im 40 and I still sleep walk I live alone and when i wake up the tv will be on the lights are on sometimes the back door is open .And when i wake up i think i was dreaming but i did actually get up Once I went out side at nite and was watering the plants and i woke up when my dog started barking at me

    I use to mix alcohol and valium, I would Wake the next day to find all sorts of weird shit that I'd done.

    No i dont take anything for sleep thats why i find it strange it worries me so that i have to have alarms installed on the doors .Because of me going out side during sleep walking but then again when ur sleep walking ur sound asleep . i need to find a solution
