To think my one teacher is a perv

Okay, so in one of my classes I have an insanely hot teacher and I think she is a cougar because first of all she wears a low cut shirt almost everyday and whenever I ask her for help with work she bends over the desk and gives me a perfect view of her cleavage. Of course I am a guy so I just can't help to stare lol. She knows I do it cause shell look at my eyes then down at her shirt then back and smile.
