To use face wash after it fell in the toilet?

Somehow my face wash fell off the shower ledge and in the toilet! The top was on but there is that blue cleaning stuff in the bowl. Anyway I order on the Internet and I can't just go outward buy it at the store. Is it normal that I didn't throw it away?

    You did say the top was on, so it was closed, right? If it was closed and none of that blue stuff/toilet water got in it, just wash the bottle and continue using it.

    Just use it if the cap was on....and after you have washed the bottle or whatever it was
