After I took all my laundry out of my hamper, I noticed a bug hiding in the corner of the hamper. Had I seen it early I would have used bleach! Now that my laundry is all dry, I have this urge to wash all the sheets & towels all over again with bleach!
I know I should relax and except that they are clean but it's really hard!
Well I can tell you, from my recent experience, it's quite normal. I don't know if you have an OCD issue (serious, not being rude) OR maybe you just like to be clean or have reason. I know a lot of my friends have an OCD condition and feel the need to wash things over and over. For me, I just recently went through this because I had poison ivy lol I've washed sheets with alcohol, bleach, hot water, etc, over and over again. I also washed everyone elses lol to be honest, don't think of this as being a problem. Tell yourself it's okay. It's pretty normal. Plus, what would you rather be: extra clean or disgustingly dirty? I understand there's a balance but I don't see any harm in what you're doing. If it makes you feel better, so be it :)
I think you might have some OCD germophobic tendencies, but I wouldn't blame you if you washed the laundry a second time. However I doubt you need bleach. If it was a roach I'd be disgusted myself. If it was a non-poisonous house spider I probably wouldn't be upset.
No, not a roach! Didn't recognize it all! It was more in the wicker part of hamper as well!
Yes, I'm aware of that, but try not to think about it! I also have a mild OCD.

What sort of bug? If it's a cockroach, I kinda get it but that's still crazy.
You're aware bugs can crawl all over the place without your knowledge, right?

What does it matter, bugs probably crawl into your mouth at night anyway!
