Touching my partner

Is it normal for me to want to touch my partner's privates in their sleep?

If you two are okay with it, then I see no harm. It's sexual assault only when either of you don't consent.

It's something you should discuss with your partner before you do anything, And even if your partner is agreeable, you should consider the context before you indulge your urges. Even with general consent beforehand, it's one thing to do it in the middle of the night when you know you both have a slow start and a lazy day ahead of you, and something else entirely if you've had an argument before bed or your partner needs to get up early for work and wants to be well-rested.

As others have said, some people would immediately file this under "Rape", but life is often not that black and white. People should be free to make their own rules in their relationship, and you and your partner need to decide what you personally find acceptable.

Sounds kinda rapey, because an unconscious person can't give consent.

Mmmmmm, I'm not completely comfortable with your call. If you have a high level of love and trust with your partner, it's wonderful to wake up in her arms while she's sucking you off. You have to make allowances for this high level of intimate trust. It may not exist for most people, but it's out there.

Yuck. Yeah, I don't need to know, or hear about explicit shit.

Sorry about being so graphic, but high levels of love and trust do exist for some people. That was my only point, I guess.

Oh, I don't doubt that it exists, but I don't need to know the details.

In today's culture that's branded as sexual assault. I dont have a problem if they fondle me.

A "friend" told me on my hen night that my lovely husband is a rapist. It's because I got drunk and told her about some of the times I've woken up to him touching me and climbing on top of me. Then we have hot sex. Or occassionally I push him off, if I'm too tired, and I just get a cuddle instead. Apparently this makes him a horrible rapist and she said I shouldn't marry him lol. I think she was jealous. I pointed out that I do this to him too, but she said that's different because he's stronger than me. Translation- women and men are subject to a different set of sexual standards which means men should go to prison for being spontaneous in a way they know their partner enjoys.

This is the society that we live in now.
