What do you think about the new transgender bathroom laws? Do you think it's a good idea or do you think they need to have their own bathrooms?
I think people should care about real problems instead of fighting about who they are comfortable pissing next to.
Trans-Jenner bathrooms are kinda stinky from all those stinky Kardashian farts.
When I was in the Navy, we went to Yokosuka Japan, I was in a bar taking a leak, the door opens, a women walks in, drops drawers and squats over the "toilet" , Co-ed bathrooms. They have been so accustom to Co-ed bathrooms it's not a big deal to them anymore. They grow up with it. It's so commonplace.
My college has a separate room, a bit like one of those disabled toilets, which is locked from the inside and contains only one toilet and can be used by anyone regardless of their identity. There are also men's and women's toilets further along.
Anyway, I can't understand a transgender bathroom. Does it identify as a kitchen? ;)
I think its a little silly to inconvenience most of the population to appease a tiny minority. Most business will have a difficult time accommodating a few ppl.
I don't think they're going to make it so places have to change their bathrooms. What they're trying to do is make it so you can't kick someone out of a bathroom based on what you think they look like. Male female or in between. I could be wrong tho but that's how I understood it as.
The places that do change or add bathrooms have been doing that of their own accord. Besides most big chains won't have a problem with stuff like this. The little businesses, honestly it doesn't matter they just can't kick someone out of a bathroom unless they are being inappropriate or causing actual problems. There are other ways of catching someone at being suspicious aside from looking at the clothes they wear and being confused by their gender expression ._.
I think they need mental help not encouragement. Whats to stop a man from going into a womens bathroom to perve on women and getting away with it because he was wearing a wig? Its ridiculous.
Stalls. You should be more worried about women going into the men's room to perve on guys at the urinal.
What's stopping a man from doing that right now? You're ridiculous. And no one who "perves on women" is going to get away with it, not more or less than right now anyways.
Thr fact that its illegal for a man to go into a womens public toilet is the thing stopping a man from doing that now. But if they pass a law making it legal for men to use womens toilets its obviously going to be a loophole for perverts.
So you want us to believe sex offenders are very particular as to which laws they obey and which laws they break?
Last I checked it was illegal to commit a sexual offense.

I'm okay with transgender people using the bathroom they're comfortable with, but I don't like unisex bathrooms.... They're dirty and urinals are gross.
The issue is not with transgenders, because transgenders were using the bathrooms they wanted for ages and nobody gave a crap. The problem is when you protect people who are clearly not transgenders and let them use any bathroom they want, allowing for sexual predators to go into the bathroom with a child, and nobody can stop them.
Transgender people do not need their own toilets if they're just one gender.
Unisex loos should be the way forward, but made in such a way as to give real privacy to the user.
