Trend in reactions to u.s. federal judges overruling existing law
I've noticed that whenever federal judges in America overturn existing law to favor a liberal agenda (e.g. sanctuary cities where it's not illegal for you to simply be there) it's always celebrated and stories report it as some kind of universal objective good that occurred. When federal judges overturn existing law to favor a conservative agenda (e.g. sorry guys, no more killing babies) it's smeared and attacked as if Lucifer himself just stepped one foot onto the mortal plane
Shouldn't condemnation of judges overruling existing law be based on the act itself, not the result?
