Trumps venezuela trap for biden
Under Trump I thought it was quite silly but funny when the US government told the people of the soverign nation of Venezuela that their president Moduro is not the official president of Venezuela, this was in part because the voting software in the machines they used to count the votes,a system called smartmatic, which is a voting software that even CNN themselves did a segment on in 2005 as being designed by Chavez to switch votes. (And just a quick point of interest the CEO of this multinational company happens to be a former American admiral named Peter Niffenger who was also a volunteer member in Bidens cabinet. According to wikipedia was in the cabinet to "help with transition efforts related to Homeland Security." And of course this voting software is used in multiple US states, go figure.) but I digress.
Trumps presidency put sanctions on Venezuela and the US took a strong stance against Venezuela which is a stance Biden decided to keep, perhaps because he did not anticipate oil prices to surge due to Russia. After the oil sanctions there has been meetings in Venezuela by Bidens people only a few days ago and it looks like they were there to talk about oil. The next day Venezuela released a dozen American prisoners. The problem Biden is having is this is a bad trap he is in because if he works with Maduro republicans will use this against him to not only complain about his shady connections to that socialist country but also that Biden is not drilling more oil in the USA that republicans will say is an attack on workers because these jobs pay so well. But if Biden does drill more oil he will piss off the environmentalists in his party. But Biden cant do nothing. The mid terms are later this year and the American economy is in free fall. He needs a big win so democrats keep power but in doing so he steps into a trap. If he does nothing the democrats must attempt to run on record high inflation and record gas prices.
