So every day of my life for going on 3 years now I've thought about death and if a god exists what role he'll play in the whole death thing
"Gods role" would be to send angels (at the appointed time) to take the souls of humans who believed in him and done good deeds and send them to heaven in eternal bliss and happiness for ever and ever and ever, and the flip side is the angels take the souls of those who disbelieved in him and send them to hell for ever and ever and ever
If God didn't exist then noting would exist would it? everything is created and everything has a purpose for creation.
Death is a natural part of life, eventually we all will depart from this world. I'm not afraid of death, but I think about it almost everyday. Sometimes thoughts of death consume my mind. I used to feed into this obsession, as if I needed to. I loved watching videos of dead people, and I tried to visualize what their lives were like. I belive this obsession is normal because at some point, we all think about death. We all want to know what life after death is like, do we not? We all have different interpretations of death, and it isn't always an easy subject to come across, but we all think about it at some point. Personally, I believe there is a special place we go after we cease to have life here on earth. I may be obsessed with death, but I love my life. I live everyday to the fullest, knowing any day could be my last. Find what you love, and engulf it. Life is too short, so we must embrace each moment. Each day we live is a gift, not a given right.
Me too, I watch the dead people on tv and on the internet and ponder the possibility of life after death. Ironically, I am more interested in life and the notion of life after death, I look death in the face as if to ask a question, for me at least, it is about existentialism and not about my potential do fade out. I want to live.
God will play a role. fear death if you arent a christian but if you are dont wish death opon your self but know that you will live for eternit with jesus. i am a christan and i cant wait to meet my savior
and i suspect your god has told you this? well what made god? i highly doubt that an all knowing all powerful being or spirit pulled its self out of its ass and started waving his magic wand to create earth. sounds like a fairytale ancient people used to spin to make there children behave and make people fear the churches authority. and for the record men wrote the bible... men lie. faith. pssh more like blind living. your religion is false. just a security blanket to make you sleep better at night. and oh if you find this offensive try not shoving your christian bs down everyones throat. there may or not be an after life. only one thing is for certain we dont know till we get there so cut your guess work. haha i laugh at christianity the earths only 4,000 years old... my ass. wake up. and to the poster of this lifes to short to worry about it. just try and make the best of the time you have.

dont ever think death is cool. its a one time deal. when you die you are dead. whether or not you meet God is not something you want to rush. remember that life is short because you are dead for so long.
