Uk and usa justice systems

UK and USA Justice systems are so different it's bizarre. In the UK child killers get to have a new identity as if they were in witness protection programs in the US, instead of being known murderers or even sex offenders required to let their whole new neighborhood know they are registered.

Which Justice system is right or wrong?

UK 1
USA 6
Neither 4
Both 2

I think its insane that under any circumstance a child killer gets a new identity. I have heard of that in the UK and its unbelievable. The UK is way too liberal for my liking. I know every house in my general area where a sex offender lives and I know to keep my kids away from there.

On the other side people get put on the registry for ridiculous things sometimes like peeing near a school or getting caught having sex with their girlfriend in public.

They could both use improvement. Karla Hamolka got a job working with children in the US after manipulating her way into a plea.

As for children who commit brutal crimes, it's a complicated issue, since their brains aren't fully developed. There really is no GOOD way to deal with a situation like that. Thankfully it's rare.

As morbid as it sounds exicution of those bad eggs isnt the worst solution. If you have a kid that at the begining is already murdering people the best you can do is lock them up for their entire life? Or you can try to rehabilitate them by pumping drugs and therapy into them? At that point isnt death an equally morbid way to deal with child murders?

Btw what isnt talked about is how many child aged murderes arent being taken care of in japan. Those numbers are WAY more frequent for some reason.

I assume you’re referring to the Bulger case.

It’s not like the neighbourhoods are filled with child killers goofball.

Ah ok, I’m not familiar with that case.

In the rare instances that someone like that is paroled they don’t put them on the same lists, and suppress their identities, due to the danger to the criminal and the constant uproar that would be had everywhere they moved.

Seems like you're hiding the identity at the expense of public safety

You should probably edit the question to make it more clear. You ask which justice system is right or wrong, so are we supposed to choose the one we think is right or the one we think is wrong?

Sure too kind but they are still dead. Equal compassion then.

            So?

Why would you want to be kind to scumbags like pedophiles?
