Lube your body with hand lotion, go nude, be comfortable in your skin.

Based on the limited information you provided, it could be anything from dry skin through to a mild case of shingles.

If there is nothing visibly wrong with your skin, it's probably nothing to be concerned about, especially as you describe the sensation as "uncomfortable". Of course, a doctor would be far more able to advise you as opposed to a bunch of uninformed and unqualified people on the Internet.

Sounds as if you are suffering from a newly discovered ailment brought on by casual contact with people from Australia. It's been named, "Crocs Disease" sometimes called, "Aussie-itis" The disease begins as you have so accurately described. After a week or so the skin begins to become hard and pebbled. Left untreated a somewhat long, spiked, prehensile tail begins to sprout from the anus. This can be quite painful I understand. I would suggest that you seek medical attention as soon as possible. And by all means try to avoid contact with Australians. Your very life may depend on it.

Let me guess. You're an Aussie (or pretending to be) and you are calling me some sort really bad Aussie name. Okay, would you mind taking that bone out of your nose and tell me what the fuck is a bloody "drongo"? I'm curious that's all.

Literally, a drongo is a small black bird. In Australian Slang, a drongo is a fuckwit/idiot/moron.

Given you believe all Australians live in mud huts and have bones through their noses, I dare say the slang definition is the most fitting.

Thanks for the tip. Now I'll return the favor and give you a good tip: A good strong hand soap will remove those boot marks I left on your face. Just trying to be helpful as always. :-D

Oded here, oi mate, have you not seen a dermatologist as of yet? I would recommend that advice if you have not done so.
