Uncomfortable to nail picking?

Whenever I see someone using there fingernails to get out another fingernail I get so uncomfortable. I don’t know why. I’m fine when people bite there nails but when people get out a fingernail using there finger, if it makes since, makes me squirm. Especially when they have long nails. I see people doing it all the time and it makes me so uncomfortable. IIN?
