Is it normal for people to keep their underwear with holes in them or stains? Don't ask me how I know people do this, I've seen it though and I'm curious is this a normal thing? Who does this?

NOTE: When I say holes, I'm talking about holes created from tearing and such..

    I would say it's normal...but I wouldn't keep one in either condition...then again...I have lots of underwear that hasn't even been opened...brand new...

    I have some underwear with period stains that I keep for wearing around that time of month. That's the only kind of underwear stain that won't wash out that I can think of, unless some people never wipe or something.

      This is about the only underwear stain that I can deal with...I'm a guy, and don't like to deal with stains in my underwear at any time...though if I'm wearing one and get stains in them...I may wear them the rest of the day...then try to wash it out...if the stain(s) persist...they get used either as a rag or get tossed out...then again...I have LOTS of clean underwear...period discharge, though not particularly a pleasant stain in a woman's panties...it relatively normal...and one I can understand...
