I'm a girl and teenager and sometimes pee leaks out and wets my undies, it is very little though it's like only a few spots of wetness. It's always been like this is it normal or should I see a doctor?
Don't panic. Yeah maybe see a doctor if it happens a lot, but panty liners were also a wonderful invention. You can even get washable ones! I'm not 30 yet and a bit of wee comes out when I sneeze sometimes...
See a doctor, that's not normal, unless you're letting your bladder stay full for ages before going to the toilet. You need to do something about this or you'll end up wearing nappies full time.
If the urine leaks out when you cough or move suddenly, you have a genuine bladder control problem, the type often seen in women after menopause.
Have you tried doing pelvic floor exercises?
