Use a sift to remove child's stool from tub

Is it normal to use a sift to remove my child's stool and allow him to continue bathing?

Depends how old the child is.

If they're legally allowed to buy alcohol and you're still sifting their shit out of the bath then you have a problem.

No you should remove the child, drain the tub, put child back in after running a new bath.

I did say drain tub which has to include cleaning it. Unless the poo is small enough to go down the drain.

Yes it is, if it goes down the drain it'll be fine.

Use the sift. The water is clean, because it's soapy.
