Vertigo after intense anxiety/dissociation episodes?

I have anxiety and panic and a dissociation disorder. Sometimes when I come out of an intense dissociation episode I get really sudden vertigo whenever I turn my head. Is that even possible?? I thought vertigo was an ear fluid thing, can it even be affected by mental health stuff?
