Weight training class doesnt give me time to recover.
We have to work out every day, no matter how much pain we are in we work out, its made it hard to even walk around school because of how bad my back hurts, and even harder to sit down and stand up, additionally, im too weak to even lift my max because of the intensity of the first workout. how can i cut down the pain so i can be full capacity in everything i do?
