Weight training class doesnt give me time to recover.

We have to work out every day, no matter how much pain we are in we work out, its made it hard to even walk around school because of how bad my back hurts, and even harder to sit down and stand up, additionally, im too weak to even lift my max because of the intensity of the first workout. how can i cut down the pain so i can be full capacity in everything i do?

    Sounds like your teacher/coach doesn't know what he's doing. You could definitely do damage to yourself if you go on like this. Talk to your adviser or the head of the athletic department, before you hurt yourself.

    Pain that persists is a message that you're doing too much: tell your parents and get a note to excuse you from the class.

    Are you the only one experiencing this? If so maybe you need some medical advice

      school started on the 7th, and we started working out this monday. And this is my first year of weight training, so im hurting because im weak, i just want to know if there is something i can do in between workouts to ease the pain so i can function, i dont hurt so bad when im working out though
