Weird purplish bump in groin

So I got this weird purple bump thw t is quite hard when pressed on the right side of my groin, I got one once before and it was just w ingrown hair so I grabbed my tweezer and got to work to remove it. Well only thing I found was s little bit of blood and a little bit of puss. Don't see any hair in there. Anyways so naturally I'm like what's up with that, any o f y'alls know?

    Maybe it's some sort of boil. If it doesn't get better you should probably see a doctor instead of asking us.

    probably a MRSA boil , topically the only cream that will work is Mupirocin, but only if you get to it early enough, draining it and putting moist heat on it will also help. avoid all sugar and starch while the boil is active. if you see no improvement demand doxycycline, bactrim, Iv vancomycin, ciprofloxacin(i wouldn't). Clindamycin ,( Chloramphenicol 75 percent chance, may cause bone marrow supression ) thats about it guys

          I know what bactrim is. It is a phosphate used for asthma and bronchitis. It has nothing to do with boils as an antibiotic.
