Weird things in scabs/blood?

Is it normal to have tiny black specks in scabs and newly forming scars? I have some kind of skin problem that doctors just want to wave off with maybe some steroid cream but can’t shake the feeling that I have tiny mites in them (no I’m not on meth). I’m talking about small scabs too. I have a hard time not picking them but the start off as bumps and firm white stuff comes out which seems to have no end even when healed on the surface. I
Have been treated for scabies I thought I caught working in direct health care but these things are in every scab. Also, when a scab comes off an even tiny tiny lesion, blood will pour out of it and seems to separate as it dries, leaving a long trail of black specks down my leg, for example. These can be scraped off after the other stuff dries they are very visible and do not dissolve in water. This is driving me nuts.

  • Contact a dermatologist. For scabies a full body topical treatment with permethrin cream is usually effective. Also disinfect all your bedding(soak them in hot water and a disinfectant)

I’ve done this several times and have had the oral Rx ivermectin a couple times which kills everything but this keeps coming back

This reminds me of the time this crazy lady brought these bags of poor, little, dead spiders to work, and told everyone they were brown recluses. Poor, little, dead spiders...
